Community and social initiatives
Our priority is to give every team member the chance to participate in the giving experience, build community in personal ways and make a meaningful impact.
Our giving priorities
When building our formalized giving program, we identified priorities that mean the most to us based on our industry, our team and the communities where we operate. Our giving efforts will focus on housing and shelter, the environment and food security for the next generation.
Employee giving in action
Our team members contribute their time, talents and energy to important community organizations, supporting their causes and the people who champion them.

Corporate giving program
Our most recent giving program is a partnership with Second Harvest, Canada’s largest food rescue organization. Team members will have the opportunity to volunteer in food sorts in their communities across the country.
Causes we support
In addition to our corporate giving program, we support several other community organizations and causes both financially and with volunteer efforts.
