Kirill joined the First National team in July 2021, bringing 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent the past eight years in commercial risk management roles focusing on credit underwriting and adjudication. As a dedicated team player, Kirill takes on responsibilities with a consistent focus on the bottom line. He is a firm believer that productive relationships are vital to achieving goals. When solving problems, Kirill concentrates on the solution rather than the challenge by balancing creativity with logic. Committed to accountability and honesty both personally and professionally, Kirill emphasizes transparency and stresses integrity when making decisions.
When he is not adding value for First National borrowers, Kirill pursues passions including reading, playing golf and squash. He also spends time with family and connects with friends.
