Aaron has been a part of the First National Financial team for more than 15 years, but brings eighteen years of industry expertise to his role as Vice President, Commercial Operations.
For Aaron, nothing is ever personal in business. He’s a confident decision maker, and passionately defends the logic he uses when making decisions.
As a commercial real estate professional, Aaron has an excellent grasp on the dimensions of the business from operations, sales and servicing to product development, investor relations and customer service. He also has a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities inherent in the mortgage process, from inception to discharge.
