Andrew has been a part of the First National Financial commercial team since 2002 During that time, he has cultivated deep relationships by providing value-added advisory services that help clients mitigate risk and maximize opportunities. In his more than two decades at First National, Andrew has originated more than $10 billion in commercial financing.
In 2022 alone, Andrew and his team funded more than $1.35 billion in commercial mortgages -- $980 million in Ontario and $240 million in Quebec.
For Andrew, reputation is everything. He builds his by consistently being a trusted advisor to his clients, adding the value of his honesty, depth of knowledge and expertise.
Andrew’s expertise spans both term and construction financing in the apartment, student housing, retail and industrial asset classes. That diversity shapes his perspectives and defines how he evaluates opportunities and identifies the value inherent in a deal.
