Roman joined the First National team in February 2024, bringing his experience in CMHC-insured underwriting (including MLI Select) to his role as Analyst. When assessing clients’ properties and loans, Roman puts himself in his clients’ shoes, understanding their needs and long-term goals. His strength and passion are in assessment. He enjoys digging into deals and applying his finance background to devise creative financing solutions. A strong communicator, Roman recognizes the importance of quick response and building deep, trust-based relationships.
When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Roman is an avid cyclist, enjoys time up north on the lakes and pursues his new-found passion for horseback riding.
