Sydney joined First National in 2021, starting as a Funding Specialist before moving into origination as an Associate Analyst. In her funding role, Sydney learned the importance of service, both internally and externally, to ensure deals closed seamlessly. Highly organized, Sydney prides herself on being able to manage a complex workload with optimum efficiency. When confronted with a problem to solve, she consults as many resources as possible – precedents from other deals, the wisdom of her team and her own experience – to find the best solution. For Sydney, collaboration is key to achieving team success.
When she’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Sydney recharges in nature, gets lost in a great novel, bakes and cheers on her favourite sports teams.
