Crystal joined the First National team in 2017 and spent four years in the Commercial Default department before taking on her current role as Analyst. Committed to success, Crystal maintains a positive attitude and understands the importance of listening to and collaborating with others to achieve objectives. She believes that team efficiency is a combination of accountability and a willingness to help others. A quick thinker, Crystal prides herself on her adaptability and ability to take on new tasks enthusiastically. Her focus is always to simplify and resolve client concerns and issues.
