Ryan joined the First National team in March 2022, after spending five years in a commercial underwriting role at a bank. To evaluate risks thoroughly, Ryan examines multiple factors including collateral and debt service coverage ratio. He believes that effective analysis is critical to making sound decisions about loan applications. If complex issues arise, Ryan is resourceful and delves deep into market data, financial reports and third-party appraisalsother sources to identify potential risks and opportunities. When changes occur in the market or lending environment, Ryan adapts and devises solutions that satisfy the needs of all stakeholders.
When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Ryan enjoys exploring the next great destination, experimenting in the kitchen, getting outside and recharging with family and friends.
