Ariel joined the First National team in April 2023 after spending six years in underwriting roles with a focus on CMCH-insured mortgages. For Ariel, being honest and trustworthy is critical to building strong relationships. He also emphasizes active listening, focusing on understanding what’s being communicated rather than absorbing it simply to respond. Through listening, Ariel gains a deep sense of what his clients care about and what they consider issues or obstacles. He then uses that insight to craft the right solutions to meet their needs.
When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Ariel gets outside on his bike, snowboard or the hiking trails and samples what’s new on the restaurant scene.
