Lloyd joined the First National team in 2023 after working for three years in the industry. Previous roles focused on development analysis, financial analysis and credit underwriting. For Lloyd, effective solutions come from analyzing and weighing all possible scenarios. When collaborating with others, he values sharing diverse perspectives, communicating transparently and understanding everyone’s needs and objectives. Lloyd believes that a curious mindset and dedication to learning are the most proactive ways to be ready to tackle any new challenges.
When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Lloyd hits the greens for some golf, cheers on his favourite hockey team and crosses destinations of his travel list.
